1. Who we are

This site is operated by Amazing Life, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Arizona, doing business as LITE-WORX and GraffX3D. By accessing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Custom-made products

All lithophanes are manufactured to order based on images you upload or content you submit. Production typically begins within 24–72 hours of payment. Because each item is custom, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started and are not eligible for return except as stated in our Refund Policy.

3. Your content and rights

You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use any image, likeness, logo, or other content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to produce and ship your order. We may refuse or cancel any order that appears to infringe copyright, trademark, or third-party rights, contains illegal content, or violates these Terms.

4. Pricing, payment, and shipping

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Color, translucency, and finish of finished lithophanes may vary slightly from preview images due to the nature of 3D printing.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the site or any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amazing Life, LLC, its members, employees, and contractors from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from content you upload, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You agree to bring any claim individually and not as part of a class action.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
