Refund & Return Policy

Custom-made = generally final sale
Every lithophane is 3D-printed to order from your image. Because each piece is unique and cannot be resold, all sales are final once production has started, except in the cases below.
Cancellation window
You may cancel for a full refund if you contact us at support@lite-worx.com within 2 hours of placing your order AND production has not yet started. After that, your order is in queue and cannot be cancelled.
Defective or damaged items
If your lithophane arrives broken, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, email support@lite-worx.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defect and shipping box
We will, at our option, reprint the item free of charge or issue a full refund. We pay return shipping for confirmed defects.
Not eligible for refund
- Low-quality source images (we display a preview before checkout — please review carefully).
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by you. Re-shipping is at your cost.
- Wrong size or orientation selected at checkout.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we resolve nearly every issue within 24 hours. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and result in your account being blocked from future orders.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
