Amazing Life, LLC ("we") operates LITE-WORX, GraffX3D. We are the data controller for personal information collected on this site.

• Order info: name, shipping address, email, phone.
• Uploads: images you submit for lithophane production.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe; we receive only a token and the last 4 digits.
• Usage info: IP, browser, device, pages viewed (via analytics cookies).
• Communications: messages you send us via email or support.

3. How we use it

To process and fulfill orders, communicate about your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers acting on our behalf: Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers, our email provider, our hosting and database provider, and analytics providers. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

5. How long we keep it

Order records: 7 years (tax and accounting). Uploaded images: deleted within 90 days of order completion unless you request earlier deletion. Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe.
